Heat-Resistant Resin Flooring
Resin flooring systems engineered for factories, processing areas and other environments exposed to high temperatures, hot wash-downs and repeated thermal cycling.

Resin Flooring for High-Temperature Environments
Heat can place significant stress on a flooring system. Hot equipment, steam cleaning, process heat and repeated heating and cooling can cause poorly specified surfaces to soften, blister, or lose adhesion over time.
FLOORFINDER heat-resistant resin flooring systems are specified around the actual temperature profile of the environment. Rather than relying on a heat-resistant topcoat alone, the complete build-up is selected to work together under thermal exposure, from substrate preparation and primer through to the body layer and wearing surface.
How Heat Resistance Is Built Into the Flooring System
Thermal resistance is a system-level requirement. The flooring must be matched to the expected peak temperature, frequency of exposure and whether the surface undergoes repeated thermal cycling or hot wash-downs.
For demanding applications, a high-temperature floor coating may form part of a complete resin flooring build-up using chemistries suited to elevated temperatures. This approach helps reduce the risk of premature surface breakdown, delamination, or loss of performance when the floor is exposed to changing thermal conditions.
Key Heat-Resistant Flooring Characteristics

System-Level Thermal Resistance
Each layer is selected to work together under the expected temperature and service conditions.

Built for Thermal Cycling
Suitable systems can accommodate repeated heating and cooling without relying on the topcoat alone for protection.

Hot Wash-Down Compatibility
Flooring can be specified for areas exposed to hot water, steam cleaning and demanding sanitation routines.

Chemical Resistance Under Heat
Selected systems maintain appropriate chemical resistance when both heat and process exposure occur together.

Matched to Operating Conditions
System selection considers peak temperature, exposure duration and frequency rather than applying one specification to every facility.
Suitable Applications
Suitable for food and beverage processing, industrial kitchens, commercial laundries, pharmaceutical production, engineering workshops and other facilities where high-temperature industrial flooring is required to withstand process heat, hot cleaning or thermal cycling.
