Polyurethane (PU), Epoxy Flooring & Floor Coating Systems

Providing Reliable Resin Flooring Systems in Malaysia

FLOORFINDER systems are designed as complete build-ups, not single products. Each polyurethane (PU) and epoxy flooring or coating system consists of coordinated layers that work together to provide adhesion, strength, protection, and a finish. This is how we deliver reliable solutions across different site conditions. From smooth interiors to high-traffic industrial areas, our systems focus on performance you can specify, install, and maintain with confidence.

Build Up & System Components

A system performs because every layer has a role. A typical polyurethane (PU) and epoxy flooring system may include:

  • Primer for adhesion and substrate consolidation
  • Optional pore sealer/scratch coat to close the surface and level out imperfections
  • Body coat (self-leveling or structured) to build thickness and strength
  • Optional sand broadcast to achieve slip resistance
  • Seal coat/topcoat to protect against wear, chemicals, and staining

This layered approach is what turns a coating into a complete polyurethane (PU) and epoxy flooring solution.

Finishes, Performance & System Selection

To define the right finish, we look at:

  • Traffic load (foot, trolleys, forklifts)
  • Cleaning routine and expected downtime
  • Slip resistance requirements
  • Chemical exposure and staining risk
  • Substrate condition and moisture

From there, we specify the polyurethane (PU) and epoxy coating system build-up and finish, from smooth self-leveling to textured, grip-focused surfaces. This is how our flooring stays consistent on site and dependable long-term.
